ryan_bio-682x1024Ryan Byrne grew up as an admirer of kids tv shows, horror films, and Disney family classics. At the age of 16 he developed his love for films by working as an Assistant Manager at Blockbuster Video.  He detoured from movies by studying computer engineering at The Sault College of Applied Arts and later jumped into the entertainment business to perform as a Model/Actor in Asia, which landed him a contract with Elite Models.

His first attempt at a filmmaking came in the form of a music video he produced and wrote called, “Summer Nights”.  He later enhanced his skills by joining a screen writing and film production course and in 2013 he was cast in his first role in the feature film “Breakout”, a thriller starring Brendan Fraser.  In 2013 he wrote and prepared the screenplay “October 30th”.  The film was later restructured to support 3 separate stories under the October 30th franchise, the first film being titled “All Hallows Eve”.

Ryan is the director of Absolute Complete Entertainment Inc. a media production house, located in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.

“All Hallows Eve: October 30th” is his first feature film.
